Plasto-elastic statement of the problem made it possible to represent material behaviour during the drawing process taking into consideration residual stresses and deformations. Research of the previously developed models that participate in dynamic analysis made it possible to obtain and study force parameters and dynamic behaviour of the elements and system in whole. September, 22 2007 At present the preparation to the complex of the cold stamping process researching subject to the material deformative and the product geometrical characteristics is being held. The series of the cold stamping tests has been worked out. The comparison of these tests results and the analytical decisions ones made possible the estimated accuracy of the developed finite-element models. August, 22 2007 After finishing the developing of the most precise spider facade model, i.e. the exterior facade glazing of new type, there has been done its strengthening calculation. In the model the following peculiarities of glazing work are reflected: the ability of glass panel system flexible work in the interaction with the wind load through the spider platform rotation and the panel rows independent work. After the model discretization there has been done the strengthening calculation for the combination of the natural weight, wind and sleet-wind load. The obtained efforts in the facade anchoring clampings allow selecting the most appropriate embedded fittings and clamping elements, whiling the model strengthening and transition analysis indicates the spider facade elements sufficient strength. August, 08 2007 Together with the intersection frame strengthening calculation for the loading spectrum there has also been made analysis of its general buckling, as well as the steadiness of its separate elements. It should be noted that in the State Rates and Rules "Loadings and Effects" the construction buckling analysis is standardized insufficiently. But at the same time buckling calculation for the combination of natural weight and snow load indicates that frame elements connected with the columns loose their buckling. So, the intersection frame complex analysis supplemented with the buckling analysis gives the most total characteristic of its behaviour and the ability of further construction improvement. July, 26 2007 In the intersection frame strength analysis there have been used the technique of the complex model creation on the basis of the bean and shell elements, where the fragmentation of separate model elements has allowed obtaining the most precise calculation results. The intersection frame strength analysis has been done according to the State Rates and Rules "Loadings and Effects" for the combinations including natural weight, wind, snow and wind-and-sleet loads. So, the results of the above mentioned structure calculation complex give the total characteristic of its behaviour in the wide range of influences. June, 13 2007 On June 8, 2007 by the Certificate of the Interdepartmental Committee it has been summarized the whole ammount of the complex and productive work on the developing the new type of railway wheel for the high-loaded transport. Mr. Tkachenko Volodymyr Ivanovych, director of Konkort Ltd., represented the calculations of railway wheels for the high-loaded transport; stated in detail their strengthening analysis technique conditions, based on the principles of the American standard "AAR Manual of Standards and Recommended Practices.
