Practical strength analysis and deflected mode investigation of advertising board to the wind influence

Boost of wind loading on the advertising boards, application of the irrational constructions with the increased material consumption, development of new non-standard constructions are the reasons of the development of strategy of their analysis. There have been calculated standard advertising boards in compliance with the wind loadings in conformity with ÄÁÍ Â.1.2-2:2006 «Loadings and Influences». There have been developed models of the wall advertising board of elaborate design in which new principles of finite-elemental discretization of elements of different metrics were used.  In the board deflected mode analysis, in static and dynamic calculations there have been considered nonlinear behavior of the material in conformity with the expansion and compression diagram. Developed methods make it possible to calculate all kinds of advertising boards and to decrease seriously material consumption, making the boards safe in running.

 

Spider facade construction strength calculation and the assessment of its elements safety index

Methodical developments in the field of finite-elemental models were used in the spider facade strength calculation of on the loading combination specified by SBR B.1.2-2:2006 "Loadings and Effects" (ÄÁÍ Â.1.2-2:2006 «Íàãðóçêè è âîçäåéñòâèÿ»). In the developed facade model it has been represented real interaction of its elements. Moreover, the simulated system of glass panels and spiders with stretchings iterates the real construction behavior, which guarantees the exact strength calculation. Its aim was to find the thickeners position in the spider clampings to the glass panels; the anchor force; spider strength and stretching stressed state. In the result of the model calculation on the loading combination there have been received its stressed and deformed characteristics as well as model elements safety margin, which indicates the sufficient carrying capacity of the spider facade.
